Candida What is Candida?
Candida is a type of yeast, that naturally lives in our intestinal tract and can overgrow, aggregate into fungal colonies and turn into a toxic bacteria that can penetrate the stomach lining, releasing the yeast into the blood where it then migrates throughout the body to skin, in and under nails, and internal organs. A very high percentage of people are unaware they have Candida overgrowth.
